Well, I got the weights back out for the first time in a while. I’ve been so focused on the running that I have let the strength training go, sorry to say. I was happy to see that I haven’t lost too much oomph! I have picked up a bad habit, lifting too fast. Slowing down took a little concentration, but today’s afterburn tells me it was worth it!
